I ordered this hair thinking it would actually be 20 inches, so I kind of assumed it would be straightforward. But when it arrived and I measured it, some pieces were closer to 18 inches and the ends looked uneven. For the price, I expected the length to be accurate. I also reached out to customer service assuming they’d at least help sort it out, but they weren’t very helpful. Overall, I’m really disappointed

I liked the look of it when I first got it, and it seemed like it would be decent. Unfortunately, once I actually used it, it felt kind of rough and dry, which was a little disappointing. I do still think it has some good qualities, but the texture just wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped

The restock took a while, which was frustrating. At the same time, I guess it’s nice that the item was popular enough to sell out. I was annoyed waiting, but once it was back, I was glad I held out.

I’ve noticed my hair usually falls flat quickly after heat styling, so I was watching to see if there was a pattern here. After using this, my curls stayed nice for longer than they typically do, which was a good surprise.

I don’t see what there is to complain about. The price was clear from the start, and I wasn’t hit with any hidden fees or random extra charges. What they quoted is what I paid, which I really appreciated.

I ordered from thehairshop.com and everything did show up in good condition, so no complaints there. The shipping just felt slower than I was expecting, and for a few days I didn’t really get any useful update, which had me checking the tracking like, okay... where is this package? Anyway, then it finally arrived and all was well. Not a terrible experience at all, just not exactly quick either. If you’re not in a hurry, you’ll probably be fine, but I do wish the tracking and delivery timing were a little better.

I was happy with my purchase. The quality was decent, and I ended up paying less than I thought I would, which was a nice surprise. For the price, it felt like a good deal to me...

The hair arrived quickly, which I really appreciated, and at first the texture looked really nice. Most of the bundles matched well, but one of them felt a little rougher than the others and didn’t blend as smoothly after I washed it. It’s definitely not bad hair, and I was still able to use it, but for the price I expected all the pieces to have the same softness and feel. I wanted to love it completely, so I was a little disappointed in the end.

I ordered a few bundles and picked specific lengths, but when everything arrived, some of them were totally different from what I chose. Shipping wasn’t too bad, so I’ll give them that, but the order accuracy was really disappointing. I had to email them to get it sorted out, the replies felt like they were coming from robots instead of real people. Not the best experience.

I ordered the ash brown shade, but what I got looked way more orange than brown. Like, not a soft ash brown, not a cool brunette, not even close to the picture on the box or online listing. It reminded me more of a brassy copper color, almost like faded pumpkin spice or bad self-tanner in hair dye form. I was expecting something muted and natural, but this was bright and warm in all the wrong ways. Really disappointing.

Washed the hair and it actually came out good. I was kind of expecting more tangling, but no, not too bad. Just brushed it out, used a little lightweight product, and that was enough. Maintenance hasn’t been a headache so far. Not perfect, but definitely solid. I’d give it 4 stars.

I’m totally calm about it, really, but the density does feel thin. I was expecting it to be a bit fuller, so it’s kind of disappointing, but I guess it depends on what you’re looking for

Well... I had an issue with my order and trying to get it fixed was exhausting. The replies kept going in circles, and I found myself explaining the same thing over and over without getting an actual solution. It took way too long and started to feel like they were just hoping I’d give up. Frustrating overall.

I reached out for help matching my hair color because I really didn’t want to guess, especially since I was planning to wear them for an event with friends. Unfortunately, the shade they recommended was way off. In regular lighting, it didn’t look like my hair at all. I contacted them again hoping they could help fix it, but the responses were slow and didn’t really give me much to work with. Now I have extensions I was excited about but can’t actually wear.

Just a warning for anyone thinking about buying this, the weft stitching came loose really quickly, and it sheds every single time I brush it. I definitely wasn’t expecting it to fall apart this fast, so I’d be careful before spending your money on it.

I’ve been wearing these extensions for a few weeks now they’re holding up better than I expected lol. There was a little shedding after washing, but nothing too crazy. The clips still feel secure and the hair hasn’t gotten rough or dry yet. I’m giving 4 stars bc you do have to be gentle with them, but overall I’m happy with them.

I’ve been wearing mine for a few weeks now, and compared to other hair I’ve tried, the shedding is minimal. I only get a few strands when I brush it, nothing that feels excessive. I took off one star because the ends do seem to get dry quickly, so it needs a little extra care there

I found a good selection on thehairshop.com. I was shopping for extensions and there were tons of lengths, colors, and types to choose from. It took me a little while to compare everything, but that’s not a bad problem to have. I do wish some of the products had more photos, though. Overall, I’m happy with the options.

I’ll be honest, the clips confused me a little more than I expected. It wasn’t impossible to figure out or anything, but I did feel like I had to spend more time than I wanted just trying to understand how everything was supposed to work. The whole process ended up taking longer than I hoped, and by the end I was a bit frustrated. It might be fine once you get used to it, but my first experience felt kind of slow and not very straightforward...

The hair is decent overall and it blends with my natural hair after I straighten it a little. most hair like this always needs some kind of extra work anyway. It’s not totally perfect though, because the texture looks a bit different in daylight. Still wearable for sure, just takes a little effort to get it looking right
